According to the regulations from Shenzhen Municipal Market and Quality Supervision Commission, Representative offices registered in Shenzhen prior to Dec. 31 last year shall promptly submit the annual report.
The applicant shall log in to the annual report system of the resident representative office of foreign enterprise on the website of Shenzhen Municipal Market and Quality Supervision Commission to fill in the contents and submit the annual report as instructed.
The information of the annual report submitted by the representative office shall be made public on the website of Shenzhen Municipal Market and Quality Supervision Commission and Shenzhen Credit Net.
