China IT industry Joint Venture is a company set up and invested by Chinese and foreign investors in China IT industry. It effectively uses the advantages of local enterprises. There are two types of joint venture: Equity Joint Venture (EJV) and Co-operative Joint Venture.

Documents to be submitted
1. Application documents to the local related government authorities
2. Feasibility study report
3. Approval documents for the project
4. Application for registration of the company name approved by the local administration for industry and commerce
5. Business licenses of the parties concerned and certificates of their legal representatives
6. Contract and articles of association duly signed by the legal representatives of the JV parties
7. List of board of directors
