Hainan Company Formation

Hainan Visa Application
A visa is an officially approved document issued by authorized bodies for the government, in accordance with the laws of the country, to foreign citizens applying to enter, leave or transit through the country. To support reform and opening up in the southernmost tropical island, the State Immigration Administration offer greater visa-free access for tourists from 59 countries to Hainan from May 1, 2018.
Under the new policy, group and individual tourists from 59 countries, including Russia, Britain, France, Germany, and the United States, can visit Hainan visa-free and stay there for up to 30 days on condition that they book their tour through travel agencies.
Foreign workers can apply for a 2 year work permit, or 5 years if they hold a Master's degree. Foreigners can also apply for a China green card (permanent residency) within a year. The applicant must work for a Hainan-based local company with a minimum salary of not less than 30K RMB per month, and a labor contract for more than 5 years.
