The company must have obtained Business License, Local Tax Registration Certificate
The words “import and export” needed to be shown on the business license.
The company register capital should not be less then 500,000rmb.Already in production business enterprises with the State Administration for registration with a business license;
Required Documents for applying import and export qualifications
Business license (duplicate copy)
The Bank License(copy)
The copy of identification documents (ID card, passport) of legal representative
The company stamp
The telephone number, fax number and email address of the company
The English translation of company name and address
