Huanghuagang Science Park Service Outsourcing Demonstration Zone
Huanghuagang Science Park, located in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou, is the National Information Service Industry Demonstration Park, Guangdong's E-commerce Demonstration Base and Guangzhou's High and New Technology Industry Demonstration Base. The enterprise cluster of information service industry came into being.
The Park puts focus on developing modern information service-driven high and new technology industry. Remarkable results have been achieved. 1281 enterprises have been attracted to settle here, of which over 60% are IT and service enterprises. A batch of technical specialists and many overseas returnees who do pioneering work gather here, of which over 60% have college degree or above. Thus the talent highland has come into being. Some renowned enterprises such as ZTE gather in the Park. The advantages of IT enterprise cluster and the industrial characteristics of modern information service have taken initial shape.
Currently, the Park is starting from mobile communication service industry, putting priority on introducing communication providers, service providers, network operators, technology developers and other enterprises, developing a batch of communication culture service enterprises with core technology and strong technological innovation capacity, and gradually introducing or establishing supporting facilities or institutions such as testing center, certification center, exchange center and exhibition center of the mobile communication industry, so as to form the industrial cluster effect, promote rapid development of the communication culture industry, further consolidate and improve the advantages of information service industrial cluster and the role of leading industry.
Tianhe Software Park Service Outsourcing Demonstration Zone
Tianhe Software Park Service Outsourcing Demonstration Zone, located in Gaotang New Area of Guangzhou Tianhe Software Park (the National Software Industrial Base) in the northeast of Tianhe District of Guangzhou, with the planning area of 12.25 sq.km. Guangzhou Tianhe Software Park is a member of Guangzhou High and New Technology Industry Development Zone, the National Software Industrial Base, the Advanced Software Industry Base in the Fifteenth Year of Torch Plan, and the National Online Game and Animation Industry Development Base. Currently, it includes Gaotang New Area, Guangzhou Information Port, Guangzhou Software Information Square, South China University of Technology Subarea, Times New World Park and six other subareas. As the major park, Gaotang New Area covers an area of 12.2 sq.km. With rational layout, complete supporting facilities and beautiful environment, the software enterprises carrier has taken initial shape. The development speed and the whole competitiveness rank first among all parks in the country.
The software export in the Park takes up 80% of that in the whole city. Over 1200 software enterprises gather here. Based on the space structure of "service center, technology sphere, living sphere and habitat sphere, with the positioning of "technological innovation core zone, high-end modern service industry headquarter and ecotypic software community", 5 major industrial aggregation districts and 5 supporting service areas will be created.
Nansha Development Zone Service Outsourcing Demonstration Zone
The major zone includes Nansha IT Park, Nansha Service Outsourcing Industrial Park and Nansha Technology Innovation Center.
The enterprise cluster of service outsourcing regarding research and design, data processing, software subcontract, software design, authoring, testing, design, production, equipment maintenance, human resource management, logistics service, financial management, R&D support and business service, etc. has been formed in the Zone. The average annual increase in the revenue of service outsourcing reaches 15%.
The total number of existing technology R&D centers, engineering research centers, research institutions, designing institutes and laboratories amounts to 39, including 4 provincial R&D centers.
Nansha IT Park covers an area of 2.5 sq.km. Currently, over 20 R&D companies, public laboratories and R&D centers have settled in the Park, including 9 R&D centers and 2 central research facilities in HKUST Fok Ying Tung Research Institute, and 3 provincial key laboratories in CAS Guangzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute.
Guangzhou Development Zone Service Outsourcing Demonstration Zone
Guangzhou Development Zone, located in the east of Guangzhou, consists of four national economic function zones—Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Guangzhou High and New Technology Development Zone, Guangzhou Bonded Zone and Guangzhou Export Processing Zone. The management mode of "four in one" is implemented.
