All foreign nationals (except for US nationals ordinarily resident in American Samoa) can obtain a free visitor's permit valid for 60 days upon arrival in Samoa as long as they fulfil all of the following conditions:
1) present a passport valid for at least 6 months after the intended date of departure from Samoa;
2) have a return or onward ticket;
3) have a valid visa or permit for entry into the country to which you will travel from Samoa;
4) state accomodation arrangements such as hotel or resort or family and friends(name of family, village name and telephone number);
5) have documented evidence of sufficient funds for self-support (typically a copy of a bank statement)
6) have no record or deportation from other countries ;
7) have no health problems that would pose a risk to Samoa ;
8) have no history of criminal charges resulting in a minimum of one year of sentencing;
9) not on any alert or warning lists;
