4. Application for registration of the company name approved by the Shenzhen Market and Quality Supervision Commission of Shenzhen Municipality
5. Business licenses of the parties concerned and certificates of their legal representatives
6. Contract and articles of association duly signed by the legal representatives of the JV parties
7. List of board of directors
