Shenzhen IT Industry WFOE, is a company setup in Shenzhen IT Industry, 100% owned by any foreign investor. Registered capital refers to the total capital contribution of the shareholders that is registered with the relevant government agency.

Nowadays, there are no minimum registered capital requirements, but based on different types, standard form can be considered as follow:
1. Consulting type: RMB100,000
2. Trading type: RMB500,000
3. Manufacturing type: RMB1,000,000
Contribution Term
All registered capital can be contributed in a period of time, at most 30 years. Moreover, schedule for the contribution of registered capital shall be expressly prescribed in the articles of association. Relevant government authorities will make joint annual supervisions of every WFOE.
