Process to set up company in HongKong
Step One:
Choose at least three company names for your proposed company.
For Ready-Made company to choose company name
Step Two:
Select from Our Fee Table the Company Formation Package you require.
Provide basic information about directors, shareholders and company secretary including:
address
nationality
passport or ID details
Confirm numbers of share subscribed and company registered address.
Send copy of identification documents & address proof to us.
Step Three:
We will prepare the following registration documents and send to you by email for your signature:
Articles of Association
Companies Registry Incorporation Form (NNC1)
First Directors Written Resolution
Open Bank Account Minute (if applicable)
You will need to sign the registration documents and make payment first.
We will submit your application and pay appropriate fees to Companies Registry for approval.
Step Four:
We will process the following for your company registration:
Collect Certificate of Incorporation and Business Registration Certificate from Companies Registry
Prepare the following statutory items for the new company:
Articles of Association
Common seal
Company signature chop
Share certificate and share register
Statutory books
Once the process is completed, we will send email confirmation to you and arrange incorporation documents and Company Kit delivery.
