⒉ Organization code changes:
① business license; ② newleagal person identity proof; ③ organization code certificate original and copy and IC card;
⒊ Tax changes:
① business license; ② organization code; ③ tax registration certificate original and copy; ④ new leagal person identity proof; ⑤ resolution of the shareholders signed premier shareholders ; ⑥ shareholders' resolution signed by the new shareholders; ⑦ Equity Transfer Agreement, ⑧ the new constitution;

Accept land: District Administrative Center to the Inland Revenue
Information:
1, the company's financial statements of last year and last month
2, bank statement
3, the transfer of the equity transfer agreement and both sides ‘s ID card + copy
4, equity change personal income tax returns of tax-related matters
5, power of attorney and the client's identity card
6, capital verification report
7, shareholder roster before and after the change
8, seals, three certificates
9, the old and new Articles of Association
