First, the process of changing the name of the foreign company
1, Made a new name checkto get "Name pre-approval notice";
2. Economic Commission approves and change the certificate of foreign companies approval;
3, Business license and electronic business license change;
4, Seal, financial chapter, invoice seal change;
5, Organization code certificate and IC card change;
6, Tax registration certificate change;
7, Statistical card change;
8. Fiscal registration certificate change;
9, Foreign Exchange Registration Certificate change;
If the import and export foreign trade companies, import and export licenses record change , including:
1, The record of foreign trade operators change;
2. Customs registration certificate change;
3, E-port change;
4, The export tax rebate change;
5, Inspection and quarantine change;
Also need to apply for bank accounts and accounts stamp change, including foreign companies basic account, foreign currency accounts, tax accounts.

① Original business license; ② leagal person’s identification; ③organization code certificate, original and copy (IC card);
⒊ Tax changes:
① Original business license original and copy; ②Organization code certificate(original and copy); ③ tax registration certificate(original and copy); ④ shareholder resolution, amendment to the Constitution;
Processing time: 40 working days.
