New Zealand Intellectual Property Office (New Zealand Intellectual Property Office) Government agency is responsible for granting and registering intellectual property. Especially patents, trademarks, industrial design and industrial new variety rights.
1.The registration of New Zealand trademark review standards
1, (1) Examination: After the application is submitted, the legality examination on the submitted application documents, trademark drawings, power of attorney and other documents shall be granted if the application meets the requirements.
(2) Announcement: After examination, the examining official considers that a trademark application can be accepted, it will publish a notice in the official trademark notice of New Zealand. Three months from the announcement date as the objection period.
(3) Registration and approval: Once the trademark and patent office receives the true use statement, it will conduct another review and issue a certificate of registration if it decides to accept the statement of actual use. The entire smooth application process (if not rejected, objections, etc.) may take about 6 months;

2. registration of New Zealand trademark information required
1, To apply as a legal person, submit a copy of "business license" or valid registration certificate stamped with an official seal; to apply as a natural person with a personal identification document;
2, The applicant details (in English and Chinese), including name, nature, nationality and detailed address, zip code, contact information;
3, The electronic version of the trademark, the requirements for a clear JPG file, less than "200KB", pixels between the "400x400--1500x1500" between (such as black and white application provides black and white LOGO, color applications are required to provide color and black LOGO) .
