Conditions of Shanghai registered company
1.Registered address of Shanghai company: the registered address of Shanghai company must be of office nature, and residence cannot be used as the registered address of Shanghai company.
2. Registered capital of Shanghai company: the registered company must meet the minimum registered capital requirements stipulated by law.
3.Business scope of Shanghai company: ordinary product sales and consulting services can be directly written into the business scope, but special industries or products can only be written into the business scope after obtaining the industry license.
4.Shareholders and legal representatives of Shanghai company: shareholders and legal representatives of the company must have no bad records in the industry and Commerce and tax system. For the detailed requirements of such shareholders, please refer to the letter of commitment of enterprise notification issued by the administration of industry and commerce.
5. Supervisor of Shanghai company: according to the articles of association, when the company is established, there may be a board of supervisors (more than one supervisor is required), or there may be no board of supervisors, but there still needs to be one supervisor, and the legal person cannot act as a supervisor.
6.
