02APPLICATIONS FOR EX-ANTE EXAMINATION AND APPROVAL:
Please refer to the requirements issued by the Ex-ante Examination Department for ex-ante examination and approval.
03PRE-APPROVAL OF COMPANY NAME:
To be completed within 3 working days. Please logon to the website of the Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality to apply for - and confirm – the final registered name of your company.
04APPLICATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ENTERPRISES WITH FOREIGN INVESTMENT:
To be completed within 5 working days, Qianhai e-Station Service Centre. Please refer to the processes for the establishment of enterprises with foreign investment.
05ENTERING INTO THE AGREEMENT OF RESIDENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
Please submit your company’s Notice of Pre-approval for Company Name at Window No.1 (Comprehensive Services), Qianhai e-Station Service Centre and then enter into the Agreement of Resident Management Services.
06REGISTRATION FOR ESTABLISHMENT:
Applications procedures will be completed on the same day provided that all the required materials are submitted. Window No.7 or No.8, Qianhai e-Station Service Center
07APPLYING FOR AN ORGANIZATION CODE:
Applications procedures will be completed on the same day provided that all the required materials are submitted. Window No.16, Qianhai e-Station Service Center
08TAX REGISTRATION:
Please go to Windows No.3 and No.4 (State Taxes) or Window No.5 and No.6 (Local Taxes), Qianhai e-Station Service Center for tax registration.
