What is visa ? The visa explaination
A visa is an officially approved document issued by authorised bodies for the government, in accordance with the laws of the country, to foreign citizens applying to enter, leave or transit through the country.
Why do you need a visa ?
To issue or refuse to issue a visa, or to revoke an issued visaIn line with international law and practice, any sovereign state is entitled to make its own decisions as to whether to allow a foreign citizen to enter or leave its borders, andaccording to its own laws.Based Chinese consular officials may decide on the type of visa, number of entries, validity period and duration of stay, and may also refuse a visa application or revoke an issued visa.
Processing time of application for China entry visa
1. Regular service: 4 working days including submission day (e.g. Submission on Monday and collection on Thursday)
2. Express service: 3working days including submission day (e.g. Submission on Monday and collection on Wednesday
3. Rush service: 2 working day (including the submission day. e.g. If visa application is submitted on the morning of Monday, collection time is on the morning of Tuesday; If visa application is submitted on the afternoon of Monday, collection time is on the afternoon of Tuesday)
Visa note for China entry visa :
When making the visa application you will need to submit a detailed itinerary of all places you plan to visit and all hotel bookings (including addresses and phone numbers and dates of arrival and departure).
Business travellers are required to provide an official invitation from the company or institution in China when applying for a visa.
Visitors must register with the Chinese Public Security Bureau within 24 hours of arrival.
