1. Foreigners，who come to China at the invitation of central and state organs, provincial foreign affairs and commerce departments, central enterprises and foreign affairs departments， holding the invitation letter issued by relevant departments can apply for the corresponding type of visa at The Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Berlin.
2.
