Statistics of FDI in China in January-April 2016

According to the statistics of news release of foreign investment, from January to April 2016, Newly Approved Foreign-invested Enterprises amounted to 8298, up by 6.5% year on year; and the actual use of foreign investment reached RMB 286.78b（USD 45.3billion）, up by 4.8% year on year.
 

According to the statistics of news release of foreign investment, in April 2016, Newly Approved Foreign-invested Enterprises amounted to 2342, up by 21.4% year on year; and the actual use of foreign investment reached RMB 62.57b（USD 9.89 billion）.

From January to April this year, the top ten nations and regions with investment in China (as per the actual input of foreign capital) are as follows: Hong Kong (USD28.45b), Macao (USD2.93b) , Singapore (USD2.14b) , U.S.A. (USD2.06b) , R.O.K.(USD2.02b), Japan (USD1.36b) , Taiwan Province(USD1.3b) , U.K. (USD940m), Germany (USD940m) and Luxembourg (USD710m).
