Right of use: a trademark registrant has the right to use its registered trademark for the approved goods and services and in related commercial activities

Right to invest: a trademark registrant has the right to invest its registered trademark as an intangible asset as provided by the laws
Right to assign: a trademark registrant has the right to transfer its registered trademark to others with or without consideration
Right of succession: a trademark can be succeeded by its lawful successor as an intangible asset according to the legal order of succession
