The company’s whole capital is invested by foreign investors that includes foreign enterprises, individual or partnership (Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan are included).

3) Payment receive;
4) Submit the documents to the relavent departments of Shenzhen government in time;
5) Finish company registration within 10~15 working days;
6) Collect the documents at the designated office ;
