1. Conception of Shenzhen company registration
It means the whole registered capital come from mainland company in China, or 100% invested by legal person or natural person who is Chinese citizens and over 18 years old. Or invested by a domestic company.
2. Registered capital
The government has not required minimum registered capital since 3rd March 2014, which means there is no specific requirements for registered capital, time or method. Firms have submited articles of association in specific period. Special industries like banks, insurance company, securities firm or accounting firm would be required paid-up capital. 3. Requirments of firms
1) At least one shareholder and director who is Chinese citizen and over 18 years old.
2) There is only one shareholder, then please provide supervisor; If there are more than two shareholders, one of them can be a supervisor.
3) Legal representative would be shareholder or director. Or other person, even foreigner.
4. You need to provide
1) company name;
2) confirm registered capital, ratio of investment and company activity;
3) provide scanning copy of corporate representative. If there exists board of directors in your company, please provide scanning copies of all the directos.
