1. Fill out application form;
2. Confirm company name, registered capital and business activity; ---provide more than two company names for checking;
3. Chinese ID or passport copies of foreigners, VISA page copy and the latest entry-exit customs record page copy;
4. Residential address of legal representative, director, general manager and monitor;
5. Property Ownership Certificate copy;
