For overseas parent company to be a shareholder
1. Documents prepared from abroad
1) Copy of business license or ceritificate of incorporation;
2) The original and copy of minutes and resolutions from director board;
3) Original Lawyer’s legalization or notarization; ---endorsed by local China Embassy or Consulate within 6 months;
4) Company seal for stamp;
5) Telephone and fax number, registration address.
2. Documents prepared from Shenzhen
1) Fill out application form;
2) Provide more than two company names for checking---in Chinese;
3) Confirm registered capital and business activity;
4) Provide information of company management personnel including legal representative, director, manager and supervisor;
5) Scanning copy of ID or passport of legal representative, shareholder, director, monitor, general manager;
6) Original lease certificate of commercial address in Shenzhen; --- We, Tannet Group, can provide if needed.
Notes: All the above mentioned documents should be translated into Chinese and endorsed by the translation agent if any Foreign language version documents involved.
If the members of the Shenzhen company are foreigners and have been to China before, then the latest entry record and visa page should be provided also.
