B. the branch company required
①The lease of commercial office is between lesser and lessee. The lessee should be acted by chief representative, or parent company.
②The principal of the branch company: Identity cards, office phone, fax, email.

Note: if the foreigner’s investment the foreign enterprises need to provide three copies of the certificate of approval for foreign investment (official seal).
3. Procedures for Registering Chengdu Representative Office
Preparing all the needed documents→ fill out the application form→ sign the agreement with ATAHK→ pay for the services→ submit all the needed documents →apply for approval document→ apply for the business license and work card→ go to the public security bureau for stamp-make→ apply for Organization Code License & card→ apply for Registration license of the Local & National Taxation Bureau.
4. Service Content
a. Both original and duplicate copy of business license;
b. Registration license of the Local & National Taxation Bureau.
c. Seal carving registration card;
d. Organization Code License & card (IC card);
e. Three stamps.
5. Required Time
Once all the necessary documents for application are ready for submission, government approval can be got within 15-20 working days. Otherwise, the time for approval document is not included in required time.
6. Service Price & Payment
ATAHK service fee is not including government fee. 50% deposit should be paid before handling the case, and balance should be paid when commission has been well done.
7. Terms of Payment
The applicant can pay by cash, check or T/T to ATAHK’s bank account before the service begins.
