In view of the rapid spread of the Coronavirus epidemic, the Chinese government has temporarily suspended foreigners from entering China with valid visas and residence permits from March 28, but at the same time continue to provide visa for those personnel engaged in necessary economic, trade, scientific and technological activities or foreigners with emergency humanitarian needs so they can come to China.
In the context of the normalization of the prevention and control of the Coronavirus epidemic, in order to further facilitate personnel exchanges between the two sides, China has decided that foreigners in certain European countries who hold relevant Chinese residence permits (work, private affairs, group residence permits) can apply for visa to China at any Chinese embassy or consulate in these countries. Relevant personnel must abide by China's local government anti-epidemic management regulations after entry.
