This entity’s website can be found at www.cfetogo.org, but is only available in French. More information can also be found at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s website found at www.ccit.tg, also only available in French.
The incorporation process is as follows:
• Confirm availability of the company name
• Have the company statutes notarised and purchase fiscal stamps
• Deposit the company’s capital
• File the company documents
• Pay the required fees.
After incorporation, companies must publish certain prescribed information regarding the company in the Official Gazette or in a daily newspaper.
